Meet Salina Vreeling, L.Ac.

I’m Salina, a licensed acupuncturist devoted to helping people feel more balanced, supported, and well. Growing up in Oregon, I developed an early love for noticing patterns in the natural world the changing seasons, the rhythms of day and night, and the ways everything works in relation to everything else. That way of seeing still guides me today.

In my practice, I pay close attention to patterns in the body, sleep, energy, and emotions, and to how those patterns fit together. Much like the cycles I learned while sitting in the Oregon forests, these signs can offer important insight into what the body is asking for and where balance may be needed.

Classical Chinese medicine recognizes that the body reflects the rhythms of nature, and I value the way this perspective invites us to support health through balance, awareness, and small, steady changes over time.

This work is also deeply personal to me. Acupuncture was part of my own journey to becoming pregnant after other fertility treatments had not worked for us, and that experience continues to shape the way I listen, care, and support each person who comes to see me.

I am a graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science, a Diplomate of Acupuncture through NCCAOM, and licensed in New York and Oregon, with New Jersey licensure coming soon!
